What You’ll Do
Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleanings, SRPs, periodontal maintenance, and preventive care
Take digital X-rays (FMX, BWX, PAs)
Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment needs, and long-term care
Assist in co-diagnosis and help drive treatment acceptance
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical notes
Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure efficient patient flow
What We’re Looking For
Active California RDH license
Strong communication and patient education skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Experience with digital charting (Open Dental/Dentrix preferred)
Laser certification is a plus (not required)
