Registered Dental Hygienist — Clinical Provider Role

At Momentum Dental Care, hygiene is not support staff work. It is the clinical engine of a growing, high-performance private practice in Woodbridge, VA. We are looking for one hygienist who is ready to own a full schedule, practice at the top of their license, and be paid like the provider they are.

What You Will Actually Do

You will run your own column, manage your own patients, and drive outcomes — not just clean teeth and hand the patient off. Your day includes:
Comprehensive periodontal evaluations and co-diagnosis
Scaling and root planing
Perio maintenance programs
Perio Protect® and Arrestin® localized antibiotic therapy
Laser periodontal therapy
Oral-systemic risk assessments
Clear aligner case support
Nitrous oxide administration
Chairside patient education that actually converts
You will have a doctor who listens to your clinical findings, acts on them, and respects your voice in treatment decisions.

How You Will Be Paid

Provider pay model with production bonus— details shared at interview
Provider Pay Model Example: 6-Hour Clinical Day
Base: $60/hour guaranteed
6-hour clinical day = $360 daily base
PLUS 25% of production above $1,440/day
Strong producers in this model consistently earn $75–$100+/hour in effective compensation. Your income is not capped by a salary — it grows with your clinical impact.

Flexible scheduling: 3 or 4 days available including Wednesday evenings and/or 2 Saturday per month available. 6-8 hours availaable. Open to discussing the right fit for the right candidate.

Located in Woodbridge, VA — easy access from Prince William, Lorton, and Stafford counties
