What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Hygienist who is:
✔ Passionate about preventive care and patient education
✔ Skilled at delivering gentle, thorough, and efficient hygiene treatment
✔ Friendly, professional, and able to build trust with patients
✔ Driven to provide top-tier care and contribute to practice growth
✔ Excited to be part of a team that rewards excellence
Responsibilities:
Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing
Take digital X-rays and intraoral images
Conduct periodontal charting and assessments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Assist in diagnosing and identifying treatment needs
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
Help create a comfortable, positive patient experience
Qualifications:
Active Texas Dental Hygienist license
CPR certification
Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Experience with digital charting/software is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed salary of $6,000/month OR 30% of collections — whichever is greater
$100,000+/year earning potential for a motivated and productive hygienist
