Dr. Lamb’s vast expertise in airway, sleep, and nutrition continues to evolve the way we practice, shaping care that prioritizes complete wellness, not just oral health. We deliver big-picture solutions that start right inside the hygiene room.
For hygienists who love to learn, this is an incredible place to grow. Dr. Lamb frequently incorporates myofunctional therapy into his airway treatment plans and is passionate about mentoring team members who want to expand their clinical skill set in this area. You will have the opportunity to learn alongside him, gaining hands-on experience and insight into how airway, function, and overall health come together to elevate patient care.

What We’re Looking For
Active RDH license
Periodontal Laser Certification
Local Anesthesia License
Proficiency in prophy, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, x-rays, and charting
Strong communication skills and confidence in patient education
Ability to schedule and manage re-care appointments with attention to detail
What Your Day Will Look Like
Work with a positive, passionate team that loves what they do
We work a set 3 days per week (10 hour patient care days) utilizing Tue-Thu to allow a good time off balance. Patient care from 7am to 6pm with a one hour lunch break.
Provide both preventive and periodontal care for an amazing patient base
Enjoy balanced scheduling, for you and the patients!
Build real relationships with patients who trust and value you
See 8–10 patients per day with excellent support and systems in place. 1 hour prophy and 1 hour periomaintenance appointments.
Use Eaglesoft for efficient, accurate charting and diagnostics
Educate patients and align care with their overall health goals
Support doctor-led treatment recommendations with confidence and clarity
Reappoint patients and help them stay on track with their wellness
(Optional) Participate in myofunctional therapy integration for airway-focused cases
