Required Qualifications
Current Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist License in good standing
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Current Massachusetts Dental Radiography Certification
Thorough understanding of infection control and sterilization procedures consistent with CDC and OSHA guidelines
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
Ability to obtain accurate medical and dental histories and recognize conditions that may affect treatment
Experience performing periodontal charting, risk assessments, and preventive care procedures
Ability to take high-quality diagnostic digital radiographs
Proficiency in hand instrumentation and ultrasonic scaling
Strong patient education skills, including oral hygiene instruction and preventive counseling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to document treatment accurately and thoroughly in electronic patient records
Professional appearance and demeanor
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software
Experience treating patients of all ages, from children to seniors

Compensation: Starting at $56/hour, based on experience
