Job Description
Have you been told that you are a great RDH? If so, we are looking for you!
We're a privately owned general dental practice that has been building something simple: a good place , with good people, doing good work.
We are looking for one FT RDH. Someone who takes pride in their work, connects with patients, treats their team with kindness and respect, and wants to plant roots somewhere stable.
WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE
Monday through Thursday. 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. One hour for lunch. First patient at 8:00 AM.
Your time is protected:
60 minutes for existing patients (periodic exam + prophy)
90 minutes for new patients (comprehensive exam, FMX + prophy)
No double-booking. No rushing. No being asked to do more with less time (or instruments!).
WHO WE ARE
We are a growing, private general practice, not corporate, not a chain. Our dentists (2) are kind, ethical, and conservative. You will never be pressured to inflate a perio chart. Our patient base is primarily adults. We're in-network with PPO plans to help our patients maximize their dental benefits.
