Job Description

We are currently seeking an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental FAMILY at West Bay Dental located within the Latitude Margaritaville community.
Our office is built around positivity, teamwork, servant leadership, and providing patients with a truly elevated experience. We believe hygiene is more than “cleaning teeth” — it is relationship building, patient advocacy, education, and changing lives through health and confidence.

Responsibilities:
Perform dental hygiene procedures and periodontal therapy
Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations
Assist in comprehensive patient care and co-diagnosis
Build meaningful relationships with patients
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
Support a positive and collaborative team culture
Qualifications:
Active Florida Dental Hygiene License
Local Anesthesia Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Passion for comprehensive patient care and growth
