Job Description
Castle Peak & Avon Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist who is looking for more than a routine, volume-based hygiene schedule.
This role is ideal for a growth-minded clinician who values collaboration, continuous learning, and comprehensive patient care. Schedule and Benefits
Monday through Thursday schedule (approximately 31 to 32 clinical hours per week)

$58 to $70 per hour base pay
Plus commission based on skillset, efficiency, and clinical contribution
Practice Environment
You will work in a comprehensive practice that offers:
Preventive and restorative dentistry
Dental implants and full-mouth rehabilitation
IV sedation
Botox and filler services
Airway and sleep therapy for adults and children
This setting allows hygienists to be involved in more advanced care and collaborative treatment planning, not just routine hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive hygiene care
Perform periodontal assessments and screenings
Educate patients on oral and overall health
Collaborate with doctors on treatment planning
Support complex treatment cases
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Follow infection control protocols
