Job Description
Join a growing periodontal and implant practice that values positivity, teamwork, growth, and exceptional patient care. We are building a modern, patient-centered environment where talented clinicians can continue expanding their skills while making a meaningful impact in patients’ oral and overall health.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a leading-edge periodontist in a progressive specialty practice focused on periodontics, dental implants, regeneration, soft tissue health, and comprehensive patient care. We are looking for someone who is warm, motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an elevated patient experience.
Our goal is not simply to hire a hygienist, it is to help develop someone into an exceptional periodontal clinician with continually expanding skills, confidence, and opportunities for long-term professional growth. We value strong communication, clinical judgment, adaptability, and a desire to learn more than simply years of experience alone.
What You’ll Do
Provide periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, implant maintenance, and preventive hygiene care
Educate patients on periodontal health, home care, and long-term disease management
Perform comprehensive periodontal charting and clinical assessments
Take radiographs, photographs, intraoral scans, and other diagnostic records as needed
Work closely with the doctor to support diagnosis and treatment planning
Deliver a high level of patient comfort, professionalism, and communication
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Help create a positive, efficient, and team-oriented patient experience
Continue learning and adapting as new technologies and workflows are introduced into the office
What We’re Looking For
Current RDH license
Periodontal or surgical practice experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate chairside manner
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Comfortable with technology and digital dental workflows
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a calm and positive patient experience
A growth mindset, coachable attitude, and willingness to continue learning
Someone who genuinely takes pride in providing outstanding patient care
This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist looking to grow within a modern periodontal practice that values mentorship, continuing education, teamwork, and clinical excellence. We are building something special and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long term.
Pay: $65.00 - $78.00 per hour
Benefits:

Flexible schedule
Paid time off
Work Location: In person
