Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Part-Time
Rancho San Diego Dental Group
Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays
Rancho San Diego Dental Group is looking for a friendly, dependable, and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team!
We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent patient care, communicates well with patients and team members, and enjoys working in a positive, team-oriented dental office.
Schedule
This is a part-time position working three days per week:
Tuesday
Thursday
Friday
Responsibilities
Provide thorough prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
Perform periodontal charting and assess patients’ periodontal health
Take digital X-rays as needed
Educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health
Identify areas of concern and effectively communicate findings to the doctor
Review recommended treatment with patients
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Follow OSHA, infection-control, and sterilization protocols
Help create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient
Work collaboratively with the doctor, assistants, and front-office team
Qualifications
Current California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and patient-education skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable treating both routine hygiene and periodontal patients
Able to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented dental practice
