Job Description
Dental Hygienist
“Work With Purpose. Learn With Passion. Grow With Us.”
Who We Are
We are a family-owned, growth-focused dental practice entering an incredibly exciting chapter. With new ownership, state-of-the-art technology, modernized systems, and expanded services, our clinic is evolving into something truly special. We offer a full spectrum of care — from cosmetic, implant, and general dentistry to airway-focused orthodontics, TMJ and facial pain therapy, and snoring/sleep-apnea treatment.
But what truly defines us isn’t just what we treat — it’s how we work.
We believe in quality over quantity, a calm and organized workflow, and patient-centered care delivered by a team that genuinely supports one another. As we modernize, we are strengthening our systems, elevating our standards, and creating an environment where every team member feels empowered, heard, and respected.
Our leadership vision is centered on team harmony, clinical excellence, and sustainable scheduling. We want our staff to grow personally and professionally, feel proud of the care they provide, and enjoy coming to work each day. We are building a practice where stability, kindness, and continuous learning are part of everyday life.
About you
You are a dental hygienist who wants to feel proud of the impact you make every day. You want to help patients not only achieve healthier smiles, but also improve their overall quality of life through education, prevention, and compassionate care. You want to be part of a team where everyone supports each other, communicates openly, and works together to prevent burnout rather than create it.
You’ll fit beautifully here if you are:
Reliable, consistent, and motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility
A clinician who takes pride in excellent, evidence-based care and communicates with warmth and clarity
Responsible for delivering high-quality periodontal and preventive care, providing patient education, supporting overall treatment planning, and contributing to a smooth, efficient clinical flow
A true team player who believes that great dentistry happens when people collaborate, respect each other, and pull in the same direction
Someone who values a balanced, well-structured schedule that helps you stay productive
A hygienist who wants personal and professional growth, whether that means building confidence, expanding your clinical skills, or being part of a practice that is evolving in meaningful ways
If you want to feel proud of the work you do, supported by your team, and part of something that is growing with purpose, you’ll thrive here.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive hygiene care: assessments, scaling, polishing, periodontal maintenance
Conduct periodontal charting, radiographs, and digital records
Educate patients on oral health, home-care, prevention, and long-term maintenance
Support diagnosis and interdisciplinary care (airway, TMJ, sleep-apnea, ortho) — training provided
Maintain accurate clinical notes and follow strict infection-control protocols
Communicate clearly with patients and collaborate closely with the team
Required Qualifications
Registered Dental Hygienist (CDHO) in good standing
CPR certification
Experience with digital charting and radiography (training can be provided if required)
Periodontal therapy experience preferred
Interest in airway-focused orthodontics/TMJ/sleep dentistry is an asset (training provided)
New graduates are welcome to apply.
What We Offer
We believe in rewarding excellence, dedication, and true team mentality:
Highly competitive compensation (based on experience, performance & consistency)
Employer-provided dental benefits — including specialty treatments for you and your family
Pension/Retirement package
Generous Continuing Education & Professional Growth Allowance
Uniforms
Supportive, team-centered culture
Training & mentorship in advanced services
Opportunities to expand your clinical skills and build a long-term career
Family-first values from a family-owned practice
This is more than a job. It’s a place to grow.
If you’re looking for a practice where you can truly develop your skills, be appreciated, and be a part of something evolving and meaningful, we would love to meet you.
We look forward to meeting you.
