Location: Fairfax, California (Marin County)
Position Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive hygiene care, including exams, periodontal charting, prophylaxis, and scaling/root planing
Conduct thorough gum health evaluations and collaborate on diagnosis with the doctor
Take and interpret digital X-rays; assist with CBCT imaging
Deliver tailored patient education that builds trust and long-term health outcomes
Maintain clean, accurate, and detailed clinical notes
Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with patients in a small-town community setting
Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to create a seamless patient experience
Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols with precision

Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in California
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
Excellent communication skills and a gentle, patient-centered approach

Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to the highest standard of care
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Laser certification is a plus
