Registered Dental Hygienist

What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality preventive and therapeutic hygiene care
Build genuine, lasting relationships with patients
Partner with doctors and team members to deliver a seamless patient experience
Contribute to recall and reactivation efforts to support practice health
Participate in team meetings and help identify ways to strengthen hygiene systems
What We're Looking For
Active RDH license in Virginia (or eligibility)
Strong clinical skills with a genuine passion for patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A team-first mindset and the flexibility to thrive in a growing organization
Experience with dental practice management software a plus (we use Denticon)
