Registered Dental Hygienist – Flexible Temp Shifts

Are you a Registered Dental Hygienist who wants to work in exceptional offices, earn competitive pay, and actually control your own schedule?

We're Dental Hygiene Placement Service, a boutique dental staffing agency in Columbus, OH. We're not an app. We're a small, relationship-driven team that hand-selects top-tier dental practices across Central Ohio and matches them with skilled hygienists like you.

We do things differently. We hand-select from the best offices in Columbus — practices we've spent years building relationships with and know personally — and match you with the ones that are the right fit. You're not choosing from a feed. You're getting an introduction.

WHAT YOU GET:
$55–$62/hr based on experience and appointment times
You set your schedule — pick the days, pick the locations
Matchmaking, not job-posting — we take the time to learn your goals, your preferred environment, and what matters most to you, then hand-match you with a handful of offices we think you'll genuinely love working in
Exposure to varied practice styles and software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, and more)
Personal support from people who know you — when something comes up, you reach someone on our team who actually picks up
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Active Ohio RDH license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Local anesthesia certification (preferred, not required)
A true professional who steps into any office ready to deliver great patient care
