Leadership responsibilities include additional incentive compensation, providing another opportunity for professional and financial growth.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional preventive, periodontal, and therapeutic dental hygiene care
Build lasting relationships with patients through compassionate, personalized care
Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and recommended treatment
Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and charting
Obtain high-quality diagnostic radiographs
Collaborate with our doctors in comprehensive treatment planning
Help patients understand the value and importance of recommended treatment
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Manage appointment times efficiently while delivering an exceptional patient experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and prepared treatment room
Work collaboratively with doctors and teammates to ensure seamless patient care
Participate in continuing education and team development
Contribute ideas that improve patient care, systems, and the overall patient experience

Qualifications
Current Dental Hygienist license
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience
Experience is welcomed, but we value attitude, coachability, and cultural fit just as much as experience.
