Job Description
We are in search of a RDH to sub for 2 days in our general dental office. We are in search of someone who is upbeat, team-oriented, and committed to excellent patient care. Please apply by phone or email.
Responsibilities
Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination
Sterilize dental instruments properly
Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history
Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis
Clean and help protect patients’ teeth
Educate patients of all ages on proper teeth care
Give instructions to patients after operations or other dental procedures
Take X-rays
Assist dentists with selecting appropriate treatments.
Maintain documentation and charts on each patient
Monitor supplies
Skills
Proven experience as Dental Hygienist
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession
Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment
Outstanding communication skills
A patient and friendly personality
Attention to detail
Stamina to meet the physical demands of the job
Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor
Diploma in Dental Hygiene
Valid license to practice
Pay: $399.00 - $400.00 per day
License/Certification:
Dental License (Preferred)
