Job Description
FULL-TIME REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST (RDH)
Boutique Patient Care Modern Clinical Excellence High-Vibe Culture
Let’s be honest—life’s too short for boring dental offices, dull scalers, and rushed 30-minute prophys. At Skelly Smiles we take oral health seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We’re a modern, single-doctor boutique practice looking for a top-tier Registered Dental Hygienist who truly embodies the dental profession—someone who blends clinical precision with charisma and genuinely loves what they do.
The Real Tea on the Schedule & Role
Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Ready to Go: Direct-hire, position available immediately. No temping, no contract guesswork—just a solid home for your career.
Actual Work-Life Balance: Work no more than 4 days a week. Have a life, enjoy your weekends, and come to work refreshed.
Zero Assembly Line Vibes: Generous appointment times so you can actually educate patients, treat periodontitis properly, and build real relationships.
What You'll Be Working With
Top-Tier Tech & Sharp Tools: Digital sensors, intraoral cameras, advanced air polishing, and instruments that are actually sharp (because fighting calculus with a butter knife is a crime).
Supportive Single-Doctor Practice: A streamlined, collaborative environment where your voice matters and your clinical autonomy is respected.
The Office Culture Check ✨
We work hard, deliver flawless patient care, and have fun doing it. Expect the occasional team office happy hour to unwind, and yes—if the mood strikes, we aren't afraid to jump on an occasional TikTok trend to show off our team spirit and keep patient engagement high. Low drama, high energy, and big smiles only.
Who You Are
Dental Profession Embodied: You take pride in your RDH license, stay sharp on current perio protocols, and deliver care with confidence.
People Person Extraordinaire: You turn anxious patients into lifelong practice fans with your warmth, wit, and clinical expertise.
Team Player: Dependable, proactive, and always down to celebrate practice wins with the crew.
Compensation & Perks
We offer highly competitive hourly pay plus a complete rewards package:
Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays
401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match
Healthcare Coverage Options
CE Sponsorship to keep your skills top-notch
Ready to Upgrade Your Workday?
If you're an RDH who brings the skill, the personality, and the passion, we want to meet you!
Please submit your resume and a quick note introducing yourself to arrange an interview.
Pay: From $46.00 per hour
Benefits:
401(k) matching
Flexible schedule
Paid time off
Vision insurance
Work Location: In person
