Pay: $55–$65 per hour
SoBo Dental Care is looking for an energetic, compassionate, growth-minded Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.
We are a doctor-owned, relationship-centered general dental practice in Louisville, CO. Our office is focused on providing an exceptional patient experience through high-quality clinical care, advanced technology, and a supportive team environment.

This is a full-time position working Tuesday through Friday.
Hours:
Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
No nights. No weekends.
About Our Office
SoBo Dental Care is a modern, comprehensive dental practice that values both clinical excellence and patient relationships. We are a two-doctor practice with a strong focus on technology, communication, and creating a positive experience for every patient.
Our office uses advanced technology including digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, CBCT, CEREC same-day crown technology, 3D printing, and Open Dental software.
We believe in giving our hygienists the time and support they need to provide excellent care. Our prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance appointments are generally scheduled for 60 minutes, and scaling and root planing appointments are scheduled for 120 minutes for 2 quadrants. No accelerated hygiene.
Responsibilities
The Dental Hygienist is responsible for, but not limited to:
Providing a warm, positive patient experience from start to finish
Building strong relationships with patients
Educating patients on oral health, periodontal health, and home care recommendations
Performing adult and child prophylaxis appointments
Performing periodontal maintenance appointments
Diagnosing and treating periodontal disease alongside the doctor
Performing scaling and root planing when indicated
Taking digital x-rays
Using ultrasonic instrumentation
Using intraoral cameras to support patient education
Completing periodontal charting and thorough clinical documentation
Performing intraoral and extraoral cancer screenings
Removing calculus, stain, plaque, and deposits from supra- and subgingival surfaces
Maintaining accurate chart notes at the time of appointment
Helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
Supporting re-care scheduling and patient retention
Qualifications
Ideal candidates should have:
Current Colorado Dental Hygiene license
Strong communication and patient education skills
Comfort diagnosing and discussing periodontal disease
Experience with digital x-rays and ultrasonic instrumentation
A compassionate, team-centered attitude
A strong work ethic and desire to grow clinically
Open Dental experience is a plus
