Job Description
Description:
Your Dentist Probably Won’t Love This Ad…
Because if you’re an amazing hygienist, you might start wondering…
“Why am I putting up with this?”
If you’re tired of…
Running behind all day.
Working with dull instruments.
Your dentist not respecting your opinion
Feeling like “just another employee.”
Having your schedule dictate your life.
Wondering why your paycheck doesn’t reflect your value.
Maybe it’s time to see what else is out there.
Welcome to Merion Village Dental.
We’re looking for hygienists who want to love their career again.
Here’s what you’ll find:
$52-$72/hour
Large monthly bonuses
Paid vacation & holidays
Health insurance
Dental benefits
Life insurance
401(k) with company match
Flexible Spending & Dependent Care Accounts
Flexible scheduling because life happens
Modern technology that makes your job easier
Maintained, razor-sharp instruments
A team that supports each other instead of creating drama
Only in-network with Delta Dental
If you’re curious whether the grass really is greener…
Come spend a few hours with us.
No pressure. No awkward interview.
Just a chance to see what it’s like to work somewhere people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
