Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our team on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to perform dental cleanings . Responsibilities:

- Perform dental cleanings, including removing plaque and tartar, polishing teeth, and applying fluoride treatments

- Conduct patient assessments, including taking vital signs and reviewing medical history

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide recommendations for at-home care

- Take dental x-rays for review by the dentist

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes

- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality

- Follow proper infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Experience:

- Minimum of [2] years of experience as a Dental Hygienist

- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, oral health conditions, and treatment options

- Familiarity with dental procedures

- Experience working in a dental office setting is preferred
