We're offering competitive compensation because we want a hygienist who's going to stay — and we back that up with a four-day week and a real bonus structure on top of your base hourly rate.

What You'll Do
Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis
Scaling and root planing (SRP) and periodontal maintenance
Take and evaluate digital radiographs
Place sealants and fluoride treatments
Perform in-office whitening
Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting
Deliver thorough patient education on oral hygiene and periodontal health
Support treatment acceptance
Maintain accurate, complete clinical documentation
What We're Looking For
Active Maryland RDH license — required
Proven experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist within a busy dental office or clinic setting.

Maryland local anesthesia certification preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification
DSO or group practice experience is a plus
Strong periodontal therapy skills and a patient-education mindset
Professional, personable, and dependable
Strong focus on providing excellent patient care and balancing production needs
Schedule & Benefits
4-day work week: Monday–Thursday (no Fridays, no weekends)
$60–$70 per hour base, depending on experience
Performance bonus in addition to base hourly rate
