Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed, compassionate, and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who values clear communication, integrity, and building strong relationships with both patients and colleagues.

As clinical support may not always be available, candidates should be comfortable independently preparing and turning over operatories. The daily schedule may range from approximately 6 to 12 patients (depending on complexity of case) and includes procedures such as prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing (SRP), and full-mouth series (FMS). Flexibility is essential, as this role requires adapting to the doctor’s schedule and assisting as needed to support overall patient care and practice efficiency.

Responsibilities Include:
Perform routine dental cleanings and preventive care
Conduct oral health assessments and charting
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
Active Dental Hygiene License in the State of Texas (required)
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly, approachable demeanor with a patient-first attitude
Professional appearance and behavior
Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
Preferred Qualities:
Digital charting and software knowledge not a requirement
Bilingual skills a plus
Flexible schedule availability
