Harrisonburg Dental Associates - Our Team is Growing!!
What we offer:
Base pay at $55-60/Hour with opportunity for variable pay, if desired.
Established patient base.
Health Insurance eligibility after 90 days.
Hygiene Advocate – We offer an RDH that advocates for and supports Hygienists.
Empowered with full clinical autonomy.
Growth and development opportunities.
CE and CPR Certification budget.
Hours: 8-5 Mon, Wed, and Thurs; 7-5 Tues; (1-2 Fridays/mo. instead of Mondays).

For nearly 25 years, our patient-focused private practice has been serving patients in the Harrisonburg area. Working in tandem with the dentist and clinical team, the dental hygienist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care. We consider our providers, both the Dentist and Hygienist, as the frontline of our practice.
Technology:
Digital X-rays.
Open Dental.
General Dentistry Focused.
Oral/Systemic Connection Program.
Benefits:
Competitive pay based on experience. Base wage is guaranteed with an uncapped earning potential. 30% of Net production or base wage, whichever is higher, will be automatically paid out.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current state license in Dental Hygiene and certification from an accredited dental hygiene school.
Knowledge of dental charting software and digital x-rays and able to learn new programs as necessary.
Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patients.
