Dental Hygienist – Periodontal Specialty | $55–$65/hr + Uncapped Monthly Bonus | Mon–Fri, No Evenings or Weekends
Revive Periodontics and Implants | Burnsville, MN & Inver Grove Heights, MN

Love periodontal care? Tired of being rushed through back-to-back cleanings?
Revive Periodontics and Implants is an independent, privately owned periodontal specialty practice (not a DSO) looking for a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our Twin Cities team. Here, you'll practice periodontal-level hygiene: scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and laser therapy. You'll get the time, support, and mentorship to do it well.
Why Hygienists Love Working Here
Top pay: $55–$65/hour based on experience, plus an uncapped monthly bonus
Real chair time: 60 minutes for perio maintenance and 90–120 minutes for SRP, so you can give every patient the care they deserve
Charting support during exams: stay focused on your patient, not the screen
Grow your perio skills: structured mentorship and case reviews with our periodontists, the kind of clinical growth you won't get in general practice
Work-life balance: typically 30–35 clinical hours per week, Monday–Friday, with early starts and early finishes. No evenings, no weekends.
Free dental care in-house, plus an annual stipend for outside care
Employer-paid CE, laser training and certification, and professional instrument sharpening

We're recruiting nationally. Minnesota offers licensure by credential for hygienists already licensed and actively practicing in another state, and in most cases, no clinical re-exam is required. We'll guide you through the process.
What You'll Need
Active, unrestricted dental hygiene license (Minnesota, or eligible for Minnesota licensure by credential)
Local anesthesia certification
Current CPR/BLS certification
Periodontal or laser experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train you!
