Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. Seeking RDH for Tuesdays 1:30 pm to 8 pm and Thursdays 9 am - 7 pm
Duties
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to promote optimal oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of maintaining healthy habits.
Take and scan (Scan-X) digital dental radiographs accurately while adhering to safety protocols.
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures with efficiency and professionalism.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Provide support in managing patient flow to ensure a smooth and welcoming clinic environment.
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene techniques enhance to patient care quality.
Foster positive relationships with patients by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing concerns with empathy.
Requirements
Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Ontario
1-2 years experience preferred
Proficiency in using ABELdent software a definite asset
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and oral health.
Experience in dental assisting or supporting clinical procedures is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence and team collaboration.
This is an established family-run boutique style dental clinic.
Pay: $46.00-$52.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 per week
