We're a privately owned, two-location practice in Katy (Cinco Ranch & Fulshear) that the community voted the Best Dental Office in Katy. That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because we hire people who care, give them modern tools, and a supportive team.
A day in the life:
No high-pressure sales – recommendations focused on patient care – not over-selling
Newest instruments and technology, kept current
A team that backs you up: supportive assistants, doctors that listen, and admin that understands booking
Owner-led practice. Decisions get made by our founder who listens, not a regional VP in another state
What you get:
Three days on, four days off, 31–35 hours/week
$50–$60/hr. depending on experience ($84K–$109K annually)
Health, vision, and life insurance
Free preventative dental – at cost restorative
Paid time off + retirement plan
Employee performance and appreciation bonuses in addition to hourly
