What You'll Do
As a valued member of our clinical team, you'll play an essential role in helping patients achieve and maintain lifelong oral health while creating positive, comfortable experiences during every visit.

Responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and periodontal maintenance
Performing thorough periodontal assessments, charting, and documenting clinical findings
Taking diagnostic digital radiographs and intraoral images
Educating patients on oral health, home care, periodontal disease prevention, and treatment recommendations
Identifying and communicating clinical findings to the doctor while supporting comprehensive treatment planning
Administering local anesthesia (where licensed) and utilizing adjunctive therapies as appropriate
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
Building meaningful relationships that help patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their care
Comfortable practicing with clinical autonomy while collaborating closely with the doctor and team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is clinically confident, personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing high-quality care. The ideal candidate enjoys educating patients, values teamwork, and takes pride in creating positive experiences with every appointment.

Preferred qualifications include:
Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing
Current CPR certification
Laser periodontal therapy certification (preferred)
Local anesthesia certification (preferred, if applicable)
Previous clinical hygiene experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
Experience with Dentrix, Dental Intel, and Vyne is a plus
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Gentle clinical techniques with a compassionate chairside manner
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, as we proudly care for both English- and Spanish-speaking patients.
