Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to welcome a FULL-TIME REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST to our team, as one of our longtime hygienists is sadly moving away!
This position is for 4-5 days per week to help manage a large existing patient base and strong new patient influx.

We put a lot of trust in our hygienists and allow for more clinical autonomy to ensure you are able to recommend and provide the best patient care and experience to those in your chair.
Days would be:
Mondays-Thursdays 7:45am-5:00pm
Optional Fridays 7:45am-2:00pm (if you want to pick up more hours)
Duties
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth.
Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and taking vital signs.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist the dentist during examinations as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software.
Manage sterilization of instruments and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and office efficiency.
Skills
Experience with Dentrix or similar dental office management software is preferred.
Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with patients and address their needs.
Familiarity with orthodontics is beneficial but not required.
Strong co-diagnostic skills are a benefit.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
