Registered Dental Hygienist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform dental cleanings, and support overall oral health education. Duties
Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleanings, scaling, and polishing of patients’ teeth
Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
Provide oral health education and personalized care instructions to patients
Assist in the management of patient records using Tracker dental software
Support the dental team with procedures related to orthodontics, pediatrics, or other specialties as required
Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns during treatment
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and OSHA guidelines
Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to deliver comprehensive patient care
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up care instructions
Requirements
Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist
Must be available to work two Sundays a month at least
Knowledge of orthodontics procedures is preferrable
Bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse patient populations
Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred
Strong customer service skills with an empathetic approach toward patients of all ages
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dentistry and oral health
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
