Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview
We are looking for a part time dental hygienist that is friendly and outgoing, and emphasizes high quality patient care, schedule is flexible. This role requires strong communication skills with patients of all ages.

Duties
Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleaning and polishing teeth
Take radiographs as needed for diagnosis and treatment planning
Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices
Assist with periodontal assessments and document findings accurately in patient records
Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure the cleanliness of all dental instruments and operatories
Manage patient scheduling, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service throughout visits
Keep detailed records
Skills
Proficiency with computers
Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry procedures
Effectively communicate with diverse patient populations
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control standards
Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
