What you’ll do:
Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal therapy.
Perform thorough patient assessments and screenings
Educate patients on oral health, home care and disease prevention
Utilize advanced diagnostic technology to support comprehensive treatment planning
Collaborate closely with doctors and teammates to deliver exceptional patient care
Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
What we’re looking for:
Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Missouri (or eligibility for licensure)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth
Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively
Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences
