Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)$50–$65 per Hour + Production Commission
Join Our Growing Dental Team!
We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dental team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in providing excellent clinical care, building strong relationships with patients, and working collaboratively with the entire dental team.
Position Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene services
Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as needed
Complete periodontal charting, assessments, and necessary digital X-rays
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
Review treatment needs and communicate findings clearly with patients and the dentist
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Follow all infection-control, safety, and clinical protocols
Create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient
Work closely with dentists, assistants, and front-office staff to support efficient patient care
Qualifications
Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Professional, dependable, and organized
Patient-focused with a friendly and approachable personality
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care
Compensation & Opportunity
$50–$65 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
