Job Description
Hillcrest Dental is a busy, modern private dental practice committed to providing exceptional patient care and strive to be the best in our profession. Our current hygiene team is amazing and is the heart of our practice! We are located off the 215 and Cheyenne in the NW part of Las Vegas.
We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient education, innovated, and building lasting relationships with patients and the team.
Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a recent graduate, we provide the tools, technology, and support needed to help you thrive and provide excellent patient care.
What a day to day at Hillcrest Dental may include:
Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing
Conduct periodontal charting and oral health assessments
Take xrays and intra oral photos as needed
Collaborate with doctors and team members to help patients achieve their oral health goals through preventive and restorative treatment options, including aligners.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA standards
Report and track daily hygiene statistics

Must have:
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Nevada
Local anesthesia certification (required)
CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and strong team mindset
Laser certification (preferred)
Experience with Open Dental or similar software preferred
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
