Registered Dental Hygienist

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our hygienists play an important role in patient care and are trusted to provide thorough treatment, educate patients, and help improve their overall oral health. We are looking for someone who is professional, patient-focused, and committed to delivering a high level of care.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care.

Perform dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and patient education.

Take and review dental radiographs as needed.

Review medical histories, assess oral health conditions, and communicate findings with the doctor.

Educate patients on proper home care and preventive treatment recommendations.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

Follow OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines.

Help create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient.

Qualifications
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of West Virginia.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach.

Ability to work independently while maintaining strong relationships with the dental team.

Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software is preferred.

Compensation
