Registered Dental Hygienist

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Part-Time, 2-3 days/week
League City Pediatric Dentistry is a privately owned boutique pediatric dental practice, and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our patients and creating an exceptional work environment for our team. We believe dentistry should feel different—more personal, more caring, and more enjoyable—and that philosophy extends to the way we work together, too!

There are a few things that make our office especially unique, including Buddy, our Goldendoodle therapy dog! Buddy is part of our office family and brings plenty of smiles and positive energy to our team and patients every day. We also have another pup currently in training to join the fun. So, being comfortable and happy around dogs is definitely a must!

What You'll Do
Provide thorough, high-quality preventive dental care to pediatric patients
Build trusting relationships with children and help them feel comfortable and confident at the dentist
Educate patients and parents about oral health and preventive care
Communicate effectively with parents regarding findings, concerns, and recommended care
Work closely with the dentist and team to provide an exceptional patient experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
Jump in and help wherever needed—even when something isn't technically “your job”
Contribute to a positive, productive office environment

Qualifications
Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required
2+ years of dental hygiene experience preferred
Pediatric dental experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children of different ages
Comfortable working around dogs
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
Available for scheduled weekday hours from 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
