Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is passionate about patient care, education, and preventive dentistry. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative team setting.
Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments
Obtain and review medical/dental histories
Expose and interpret dental radiographs
Educate patients on oral hygiene and disease prevention
Assist the dentist in diagnosing conditions and treatment planning
Maintain accurate patient records
Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control standards
Qualifications
Active Texas RDH license (required)
CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and patient education skills
Experience with digital X-rays and dental software preferred
Gentle, patient-first approach
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
