Overview
Lexington Dental Associates is looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established, patient-centered private practice in Lexington, Massachusetts.
We’re looking for a hygienist who values long-term patient relationships and takes pride in providing exceptional clinical care. Our hygiene team plays an essential role in our patients’ overall oral and systemic health, with a focus on periodontal health, prevention, education, and early diagnosis.
We use advanced diagnostic technology, including microscopy and saliva testing when appropriate, to identify disease and develop individualized care plans. Our hygienists work closely with our doctors and clinical team while building meaningful, lasting relationships with their patients.

Responsibilities
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you'll provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, including:
Adult and pediatric prophylaxis
Periodontal maintenance
Scaling and root planing
Digital radiographs
Patient education and home-care instruction
Identification and communication of patients' clinical needs
Collaboration with our doctors on comprehensive treatment planning

A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in Massachusetts
Clinically confident and committed to high-quality patient care
Warm and comfortable communicating with patients
Interested in periodontal health and prevention
Comfortable using modern dental technology
Reliable and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

Range $55 to $65 hourly compensation depending on experience.
