Job Summary
Fantastic opportunity to take over for a long tenured, retiring dental hygiene provider. Join our elite RDH team. One hour recare appointments, digital technology, wellness scans, and AI used for recare appointments. Pioneer Valley Dental Arts is a long established private group practice providing state of the art aesthetic, restorative, and preventive care for our patients. We are looking for either a part time or full time employee. Experience preferred but new graduates urged to apply as we offer excellent training to transition into an experienced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages.
Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans.
Conduct patient assessments, including taking vital signs and reviewing medical history.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to aseptic techniques.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols.
Requirements
A valid MA Registered Dental Hygienist license is required.
Experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is desirable.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
