Registered Dental Hygienist

Nimishillen Creek Dental in Louisville, OH is seeking a dental hygienist for a permanent position, working 3 days per week. We are a small, modern practice open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8am-5pm, with a full one hour-break for lunch.

PLEASE NOTE: this position typically entails approximately 24-25 hours per week. If you are looking for 40 hours, this is probably not the position for you.

This is a long-established one-doctor practice with a friendly staff and a really nice patient population. We do not see a large number of patients -- we focus on quality of care, not volume. We do not work evenings or weekends. Competitive pay and benefits are available.

Job responsibilities entail typical hygiene duties, including routine cleanings, digital x-rays, periodontal charting, scaling and root planing/maintenance (approximately 10% of patients), and patient home care guidance. Hygienists are never expected to sell, market, or promote anything.

Adult patient appointments are given one hour, child appointments are slightly shorter.

You will work with a small, fun, very supportive staff and a fun, easy-going doctor who will not micromanage you.
