Join Our Privately-Owned, Generational Dental Practice
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established, privately owned generational dental practice. Our office is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive, team-focused environment where quality always comes before quantity.

4-day work week – Monday through Thursday
No evenings or weekends
Patient care hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
30-minute lunch break
60-minute hygiene appointments
No double booking
Privately owned practice with a loyal, multi-generational patient base

Regular team outings and team-building events
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and preventive care
Educate patients on oral health and home care techniques
Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical records
Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient care
Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
Build lasting relationships with patients while promoting overall oral health
Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Hygienist license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
