Job Summary
Join our dynamic dental team as a Registered Dental Hygienist and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care! In this energetic position, you will provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, educate patients on oral health, and support the overall success of our dental practice. Your expertise will help foster a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for at every visit.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup.
Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies to maintain optimal oral health.
Take and develop medical imaging such as X-rays while adhering to infection control and aseptic techniques.
Qualifications
Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Alberta
Desirable experience with dental office management software Dentrix.
Experience working in general dentistry and pediatric dentistry environments is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a passion for patient education and care delivery.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $45.00-$81.54 per hour
