Pass the Torch (and the Scaler!): Full-Time Dental Hygienist
Location: Millennium Family Dental – Meridian, Idaho
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 32–34 hours per week
Compensation: $45–$53 per hour + Sign-On Bonus
One of our incredible hygienists is heading off on a new adventure this October! While we are sad to see her go, she is genuinely excited for her next chapter. She has built wonderful, trusting relationships with our patient family, and she wants to personally hand off the reins to someone who will continue our hygiene team culture and treat them with the same care, warmth, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
· Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
· Utilize lasers and modern tech for targeted periodontal therapy
· Administer local anesthesia as needed
· Take digital X-rays, conduct oral cancer screenings, and maintain Open Dental records
· Educate patients with personalized oral hygiene recommendations
· Maintain strict sterilization, infection control, and HIPAA protocols
Qualifications
· Active Dental Hygiene License (Idaho)
· Open to both experienced hygienists and motivated new graduates
· In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy, oral health conditions, and treatment planning
· Strong clinical attention to detail combined with a warm, personable bedside manner
· Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
