Dental Hygienist: We are seeking a polished, compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our exceptionally talented team.

We are a single-owner, growing private dental practice in Gilbert, AZ dedicated to providing a true five-star patient experience. Our office blends clinical excellence with warmth, attention to detail, and a spa-like atmosphere. We believe dentistry should feel comfortable, personalized, and exceptional — for both our patients and our team.
What You’ll Bring:
A commitment to providing an elevated level of clinical care that is both thorough and gentle
Strong communication skills that build trust and put patients at ease
Confidence co-diagnosing and collaborating closely with the doctor
The ability to educate patients on periodontal health and the importance of ongoing care
A detail-oriented mindset and pride in doing things the right way
Seamless handoffs to the provider that support comprehensive treatment
Working knowledge of Dentrix software
General understanding of dental procedures
Laser certification (preferred)
Organization and ownership of hygiene supply inventory
This role is about more than performing procedures — it’s about advocacy, education, and creating a welcoming, high-quality experience at every visit. You’ll help patients understand their oral health, guide them toward long-term wellness, and contribute to an environment where excellence feels effortless.
