Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist — Middletown, CT
Well-established private dental practice in Middletown, CT, is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team!
Our patients are generally preventive and proactive about their oral health, with a relatively low periodontal disease population. We are a patient-centered practice built on compassionate care, strong patient relationships, and a positive team culture.
We believe in providing quality dentistry without rushing appointments or focusing on production. Our priority is creating a comfortable experience for our patients while delivering exceptional clinical care.

Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental cleanings and preventive care
Provide periodontal therapy as needed
Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and recommended treatment
Build long-term relationships with patients in a trust-focused environment
Provide thorough, personalized care while ensuring patients feel comfortable and valued
Maintain accurate patient documentation and charts
Monitor and order hygiene department supplies as needed
Maintain proper sterilization procedures and a clean, safe clinical environment
