Greet patients warmly by name and create immediate trust
Communicate clearly and confidently about oral health and treatment
Maintain compliant, organized, and welcoming clinical spaces (HIPAA/OSHA)
Use advanced digital tools to support personalized patient care
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless, high-touch experiences
