The Role
As our Registered Dental Hygienist, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients maintain their oral health and confidence. You’ll provide preventive and therapeutic hygiene care, support the dentist in diagnosis and treatment planning, and foster long-term patient relationships built on trust, education, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver thorough, gentle cleanings, scaling, root planing, and polishing.

Conduct oral cancer screenings, periodontal charting, and radiographs.

Apply sealants, fluoride, and other preventive treatments.

Review and update patient medical and dental histories.

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and nutrition.

Maintain a clean, organized operatory and adhere to OSHA and HIPAA protocols.

Collaborate closely with the dentist and team to ensure exceptional patient care.

Participate in team meetings, CE sessions, and monthly planning discussions.

Ideal Candidate
Licensed Dental Hygienist in the State of Kansas (or eligibility to obtain).

Excellent clinical, communication, and patient-education skills.

Full-Time: Mondays to Fridays, 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM
Part-Time: Wednesdays and Fridays, 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM
