Who You Are — Qualifications & Qualities
Required:
Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH); radiography certification; CPR/BLS
Strong clinical hygiene skills
Excellent communication, compassion, and patent-education skills — you see patents as people, not “charts”
Meticulous documentation and follow-through, strong organizational skills, and commitment to detail
Willingness to collaborate as a team player: flexible, reliable, and ready to support the practice's high standards of care
Preferred / Ideal:
Previous experience in a cosmetic/general dentistry practice and Open Dental (or similar software)
Passion for keeping up with the latest hygiene techniques and technology.
A restorative-minded approach to hygiene — comfortable partnering with Dr. Springer for comprehensive care.
Empathy and warmth: able to build trust and rapport, making patients feel like “part of the family.”

Flexible Schedule — we support part-time or full-time, depending on your needs
1-hour recare appointments (ample time to provide thorough, compassionate care) — we believe in quality over quantity
A supportive, stable, close-knit team culture where every team member is respected and valued
Full-Time Position
Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm with a dedicated lunch break, and a 7:45am team meeting. Every Other Friday 7:00am-12:00pm, with a 6:45am team meeting. We don't overbook, double book or otherwise compromise our level of service or care.
We have 15 minute morning huddles / team meetings prior to starting the day, as we believe communication is the cornerstone to our success.
