Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist
Mississauga — Erin Mills & Dundas
$46–$54/hour + Dental Benefits | Monday–Friday | No Weekends
We are a family-owned dental practice that has proudly served the Mississauga community for over 30 years, and we are looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team.
We have an excellent, loyal patient base and are looking for someone who values building genuine long-term relationships with patients and providing high-quality, comprehensive dental hygiene care.
The Position
Full-time, permanent position
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
No evenings or weekends
Predictable, consistent schedule
Approximately 8 patients per day
$46–$54/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services
Perform periodontal assessments and appropriate hygiene therapy
Scaling, polishing and fluoride treatments
Take radiographs as required
Oral cancer screening and oral health assessments
Provide individualized oral hygiene instruction
Maintain accurate clinical records and charting
Communicate findings and recommendations with the dentist
Provide excellent patient education and care
We are looking for an RDH who is:
Registered and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
Caring, friendly and patient-focused
Professional, dependable and organized
Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
Interested in building long-term relationships with patients
New graduates are welcome to apply. We are happy to consider both experienced hygienists and new graduates who are looking for a supportive environment to begin their career.
Experience with Tracker is an asset, but training can be provided.
