Dental Hygienist –Frenchtown Smiles (Monroe, MI)
Hi everyone — Dr. Kyle Lambert here.
Our office in Frenchtown is growing, and I’m looking for the right dental hygienist to join our team.
I know every office says they’re “different,” but I truly believe what we’ve built here feels more like family than a workplace. We’re a laid-back, supportive private practice that cares deeply about our patients and about each other. No corporate pressure, no impossible schedules, and no feeling like you’re being pushed through the day. Just be the dental hygienist you've always dreamed of being!
I’m looking for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely works well together.
What we offer:
Competetive Pay at $53/hour
Great Benefits - PTO, 401k,
One-hour appointments
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, 9AM–5PM & Tuesday 10AM-6PM

I want our hygienists to have the time they need to provide great care and build relationships with patients. I want people to enjoy coming to work and feel appreciated while they’re here. Our new hygienist will be friendly and dependable, great with patients, a team player with a positive attitude and show they are passionate about patient care and education!
