Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
Conduct periodontal charting and assessments
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
Assist in identifying treatment needs and support case acceptance
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver outstanding patient care
Qualifications
Current New York Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
CPR certification
Strong communication and patient education skills
Experience with digital radiography
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
